Long-Term CareLong-Term Care

Linn Health & Rehabilitation’s long-term care services are dedicated to personalized care within a culture change environment. A “culture change environment” means quality of life for our residents by encouraging independence and choice while embracing wellness with purpose.

Our delicious and nutritional meals are prepared on site, and either served in the resident’s room or in the floor’s dining room — whatever the resident prefers. Choice and individual preferences are also evident with the smorgasbord of options available at mealtime. Residents establish friendships while dining in the floor’s common room.

Long-term care includes 24-hour nursing care, medication management and social services. Linn Health & Rehabilitation boasts a team of healthcare professionals trained and experienced in adult medicine and rehabilitation. We offer many traditional and therapeutic medical services for our patients and support for their caregivers. In-house rehabilitation services for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy is available seven days a week.

Our fastidious laundry and housekeeping staff maintains the sanitary conditions of our health & rehabilitation center. Along with the vibrant activities planned seven days a week, our long-term care offers other in house services such as Chapel worship services and hair salon.
