Help our residents thrive.
People often have their own ideas about what life in an elderly housing community is like. Especially one that provides assisted living services to low- to moderate-income folks.

But as the saying goes, “You can’t judge a book by its cover.”
From the outside, one of our Aldersbridge Communities might look like just another building. Step inside, though, and you’ll find friendship, laughter, care, and a true sense of community – what is truly at the heart of our mission.
To treat every resident with the warmth, compassion, dignity, and grace they deserve. No matter what their financial situation.
As a nonprofit, we don’t have unlimited funds. But what we do have is the ability and know-how to provide caring and affordable independent and assisted living communities for elders who need us most.
And we do it well! Our goal is to “add life to the years” of everyone who comes to live with us. That means prioritizing where to spend every dollar that we raise to help our residents thrive.
Richard Chambray
“I feel like I left hell and went to heaven. I have my own room, the food is way better, and the people are really nice. A few weeks after I moved to Winslow Gardens, my son said to me, ‘Dad, your voice is changing. You’re not sounding bummed out any more.’ I’m treated here like family, the staff is so nice. Everyone knows your name and they really take care of everybody.“

Nancy Lee
“I came from another place that was too noisy. My roommate snored and CNAs talked loudly on their speaker phones for four hours at a time at night. I like the peace and quiet of my own room and can sleep better. The staff is really good. I love it here at Aldersbridge Communities. I like the food and the activities. They make me feel included in things and feel like part of a family. I even have a job passing out papers in the morning, which gives me purpose.“

Gilbert Demers
“Before coming to Arbor Hill, I was homeless for many years.
It’s been a long time since I felt safe and cared for.
I have made quite a few friends and enjoy going out on day trips.”
