We have some exciting news! Aldersbridge Communities is honored to be 1 of 50 recipients to receive a grant through the Tufts Health Plan Foundation 2021 Momentum Fund! The Momentum Fund is a mini-grant program promoting healthy aging by building on our communities’ energy, experiences, and insights. The mission of the Momentum Fund is to create a better place for growing older. Momentum Fund mini-grants were offered to 10 organizations in Rhode Island as well 10 in Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. We appreciate the support from the Tufts Health Plan Foundation.
