Aldersbridge Communities is a nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of others to run operations. Grants, fundraising and donations are among the sources of funds that keep our doors open, the lights on, the staff paid, and our residents in the very best of care.
Your donation can make a positive contribution to the lives of oft-forgotten older adults, and to make every day the best it can be. It also allows us to continue to be there for those who have no one, staff our communities with compassionate, skilled employees who have elder’s best interests at heart and fund activities and programs that can enrich the lives of those in our care, every day.

Join us as we celebrate our mission to serve elders through long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted and independent living communities, and navigator healthcare management services. Your Dollars can make a difference.
A SHORT LIST OF WHAT YOUR DOLLARS CAN DO FOR OUR RESIDENTS:
| $50 | Supply bagels, muffins and coffee at the new café which encourages resident independence, socialization and purpose |
| $100 | Monthly maintenance of the fish tank and koi pond that residents love to watch |
| $250 | One week of gas for community vans to transport residents to activities and doctor appointments |
| $500 | Resident enrichment programs such as therapeutic creative arts encouraging social interactions |
| $750 | Three months of musical entertainment/sing-alongs to bring joy and memory stimulation to residents |
| $1000 | Two wishes granted through the ElderVentures wish granting program |
Anna Almeida is a 104 year-old resident of Linn. Her son Tony reports that the “incredible, professional” staff treats his mother – and others, too – like family and makes her feel like she is the only resident in their care. “I could not imagine her or anyone else having to relocate, if there were another facility for her even to go to,” he states.
Linn Health plays an important role in our continuum of care. Many residents who live in our assisted living buildings and the surrounding communities receive skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services at Linn.
Almost half our residents have no living relatives and 60% of them never receive a visitor. Many do not have family members or the resources to provide the skilled nursing care they need.
Aldersbridge Communities is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The information that you provide to us on our website is considered confidential and therefore at no time does Aldersbridge Communities sell, share or supply personal information, payment history or credit card information with any outside party. There are no goods or services exchanged on our website. All donations and purchases are final. Aldersbridge Communities will not issue any credit card returns or credits.
