UMEC Announces Promotion of Sandra Cullen

East Providence, RI:  United Methodist Elder Care is pleased to announce the promotion of Sandra Cullen to Regional Director of Operations, Assisted/Independent Living.   This position includes the oversight of Winslow Gardens Assisted/Independent Living, Arbor Hill Assisted Living in Providence and St. Germain Assisted Living in Woonsocket, RI.  Cullen has over 20 years of experience in helping seniors with affordable housing and previously served as the administrator of Winslow Gardens.

Cullen currently serves as Senior Housing Advocate on the Rhode Island Housing Resources Commission and has served as Leading Age’s Vice President for the past 2 and a half years.  Leading Age is a charitable organization focused on education, advocacy, and applied research with a nonprofit and corporation membership base who work to improve life for seniors.

United Methodist Elder Care offers affordable senior housing in Rhode Island.  A native Rhode Islander, Sandra raised her two children in Cranston and presently resides there with her husband.
