New Signage and Parking Lot Updates

Aug 1, 2019

Visitors and guests traveling to Linn Health & Rehabilitation or Winslow Gardens by automobile were greeted with bold, color coded directional signage and a freshly paved and striped parking lot.

Thanks to a grant which funded the project, the curb appeal has been greatly improved at Aldersbridge Communities’ East Providence headquarters whether entering from Alexander or Irving Avenues. Bright awnings over the main doorways, and signage with each community’s color-coded logo now replace the long-faded signs marking the driveways and parking spaces which have been numbered with paint to match.

“We took the opportunity to completely reorganize visitor, resident and staff parking zones and to create additional van-friendly ADA handicapped spots,” states Richard Gamache, CEO of Aldersbridge Communities.  “The result is ease of navigation and a more welcoming feeling once someone is on our property. Our new branding is now visually extended to the outside and really makes a statement. It’s greatly enhanced our sense of place in the neighborhood and is a source of pride for both residents and staff.”

Plotting out the parking lot changes sparked a momentum to spruce up the side yard near the Maintenance Building, as well as the garden beds throughout the property. “The crowning achivement was when our newly wrapped shuttle van made its debut, featuring colorful images and sporting the new logos of all four communities,” added Gamache.  “It really catches your eye and is quite a beautiful marketing showpiece for what we do. It’s literally a moving billboard to help spread the word about our services. Residents love going out in it.”
